How Do I training too much?
Im a 14 year old boy. I want to become a fast bowler proffessional im already pushing the county level Junior and bowl at pace. if I need to make training my stamina is very poor and tired when bowling fairly easy and my strength isn't great so what sort of exersize should I do and how do I monitor my improved fitness and the amount of current that I should put in.
The most important point in what you must be a balance in all movements and exercise to build endurance, strength, endurance and speed, but also to reduce the risk of fatigue and injury. Planning a diet and food intake is of paramount importance as well. Do you have access to a gym? It would be brilliant. Swimming is excellent for flexibility, at an average rate of jogging for endurance and sprint a few sessions to get power in the legs. Remember with all the exercises to warm up warm down AMD to reduce risk of injury. Also note that at 14 you still grow if you do not push too hard, learning to listen to your body and work in tandem with it. As you venture through the grade level of a coach conditioning and other specialists will help guide you in your quest to achieve your long-term goal.
