Muscle Fast - weight three days Pull-Push legs lifting routine for strength and size

If you look at how many top bodybuilders, athletes strength, and to train Olympians, you could have the idea that you have to spend hours in the gym almost every day of the week to sensitive muscle gains. Fortunately for those of you who want to build muscles on a tight schedule, nothing could be further from the truth. When building muscle is the goal, you need the stress quality over numbers. The most important thing you do in your training weight is to provide a sufficient stimulus for your muscles grow bigger and stronger, and it can absolutely be done in as little as three gym sessions a week.

Here is a weight lifting three days a routine with one day each to pull, push, and leg training. The exercises of the "pull" the day Work your back and biceps, those of "push" work day of your chest, shoulders and triceps, and the movements of the leg "day Work your quads, hamstrings, abs, and calves. Go through the rotation once a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays or similar timetable.

Pull Day:

Deadlift - Take a close position, and only use straps if absolutely necessary. Unless your deadlift max is less 315, using a belt. Work to a set of 4-6 reps, and follow it with a low set of 8-10 reps.

Pull-Ups - Pick any variation, and use a range of movement that brings you a dead lock to a point where the eyes are at the bar. Choose a total target EPR and do what many sets, because you must get there. Once you are able to do 15 reps with the weight of the body, begin to add weight and set new goals Rep.

Barbell Row - Use a power average width and straps. Work to a set of 8-10 reps, then perform a small set of 12-15. Many "experts" tell you to use the picture perfect form of text book, but you should definitely swing Put in motion. Make sure your lats and Traps are still the most work.

Curls - Pack two changes and do 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps of each. Using a slight swing in the movement, but let your biceps stop working.

Day Push:

Bench Press - Use an average dose lower back arch, and a tight Back to top maximum force. Work to a set of 5 reps, then drop down to a small set of 10.

Overhead dumbbell press - Use range of motion of your ears lockout. Choose a moderate weight that allows you to get the weight in position without losing too much energy. After warming up, perform 2 sets of 10-12 reps with the same weight.

Tricep Dips - Get a grip on the bars more DIP, which emphasizes that the triceps, and dip low enough that your arms are parallel to the ground. Do a weighted set of 4-6 reps, and follow with a set of representatives maximum weight body.

Crossing cables (optional) - Do a few sets of high representatives of these just to pump more blood into your chest. You may want aggressive stretch your chest after.

Dumbbell Side Raises - use a full range of motion and a slight swing. Do not let your ego dictate your weight, but be careful not to sell yourself, either. Many people can use more weight in this exercise they perform. Perform 2 sets Working 15-20 reps.

Triceps Pressdowns - Use any type of attachment. Do 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps. This is your last year for the day, and you do not work your triceps again for one week.

Leg Day:

Squat - Use a middle width and a low bar placement on the back. Crouch at least in parallel, and use a belt to protect the lower back and keep your bow. Work to a series 4-6 reps, and follow with another 10-12 reps.

Leg Press - Place your feet high and wide as your hips, you will, and use a range as complete as possible the movement. Perform 2 sets of 10-12 reps.

Lunges - what is this with dumbbells or a bar. Working on a game drive in 20 steps path, either walking or standing up.

Leg Curls - Set the machine so that your knees are not forced into a position of hyperextension at the bottom of traffic. Perform 3 sets of 15-20 reps.

Weighted Sit-Ups - Keep the weight behind your head, and do not let your back all the way back ground for each Representative. Work up to 2 sets of 10-12 reps.

Calves - Choose two exercises that you can use a range Full of movement and a slight pause at the bottom. For each movement, perform 2 sets of 10-12 reps.

Training to failure

For almost all the exercises and rep ranges specified, go to positive failure. Positive error is when you can not make another representative text. On some of these movements for 3-4 sets which have been recommended, you may want to stop a representative or two short of failure. Overall, I found this method of training to be the most profitable in the production of large increases in strength and size. Every time I have gravitated towards a higher volume and low intensity, I stalled.

Eating for size:

Sure you eat more calories than you burn 500-1000 every day, and that 30-40% of calories from protein. No amount of stimulation in the world will make your muscles develop if you do not eat enough to provide them with new materials to grow.

Consistency:

Like any muscle building plan, you should stick with this program for several months before considering a new one. Even then, do not change things unless you have actually stopped to see the progress. As long as you eat enough to gain a half to a whole pound per week, you will almost certainly see a steady increase in weight you use and muscle mass you carry.
