Did you use the system only using P90X resistance bands and dumbbells do not?

I just received a special offer on P90X and can not wait to use it. I have weights, but I wanted to start with just resistance bands. Did you use resistance bands only during the 90 days? What were your results? I would use the tapes starting up I get used to this program. Try to avoid injury.

I use resistance bands for a complete cycle of Dumbbells P90X and used for another. I enjoyed both ways because it allowed me a different feel and a bit of variety. Regarding the results will have received excellent results with each approach and I intend to use the tapes in conjunction with DB for my next turn. As a Personal Trainer I do not agree with your thought process with respect to injury, the tapes would be a safer way start your program if you are a new to lifting. I also recommend that you use a multi and P90x recovery drink with your program. This will help you maximize results and minimize pain.
